I have googled and googled, looking for a tutorial that explained things as well as yours does. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this and for explaining so well.

If you wonder how to get the reference image to your computer.

This is how I did it:

Right click on “Click here to see the Reference image” above the video
and choose “Open link in new Tab”, now you can save it.

Any sugestions? This is only my third day with maya so I’m doing the best I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    HI Kurt this is awesome!

Im new to Maya on a 30 day trial. I know this may be a real silly question, but is this type of model just for a rendered still, or can this model be made to animate too.

I know its a super entry level question.

    KC

  17. hazealot says:

yes u can animate but you have to rigg and skin the character ohh and if u want facial expressions you have to do blend shapes

  18. janaillon says:

Great Tutorial, but i am unable to access the picture to use as a reference. Can the picture be reposted please?

  19. Kurt says:

I’ll get arnel to fix it as soon as i talk to him

  20. Steini says:

There is not a single tutorial on the web that is as well explained as yours. I know its 40$ to get a years access to your tutorials but could you maybe make one “freebie” from scratch to finish, because i am so new at Maya and i am interested in learning it, i used 3dsmax when it was like 6 ;D.. and owned then by a company named Discreet. If i like Maya then im going to buy access to your tutorials. Your Voice, how calm you are and how much details you go into just BLOW ME AWAY.. Keep the good work up
